Private Class for NDIS Participants

I offer both in-person and online sessions specifically designed for NDIS participants to work towards their individuals' goals. The 1:1 sessions are conducted in HOME-VISIT or IN STUDIO. The online sessions are conducted through Zoom, and the best part is, you don't need the Zoom App or an account. A simple Zoom link will be sent to you for seamless participation using any devices and internet connection.

To ensure clarity, I also provide participants and plan managers with comprehensive service agreements. If you're curious about how yoga can align with your support needs and goals outlined in your plan, I extend an invitation for a complimentary 20-minute consultation. Alternatively, feel free to connect with your support worker, and I can coordinate accordingly.

What to Expect

During our one-on-one yoga sessions, you step into a nurturing space designed to guide you towards your goals of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Together, we embark on a journey that encompasses yoga-based body practices, enhancing physical fitness while fostering a positive relationship with your body. Mindfulness techniques become tools for navigating challenging emotions and thoughts, empowering you to find balance. Additionally, we delve into the realm of breathing and relaxation techniques, aiding in the soothing of the mind and nervous system.

Our focus extends beyond the physical and mental realms, embracing a holistic approach to well-being. It's more than just yoga – it's a personalised journey tailored to your unique needs and aspirations. Together, we navigate the path towards a balanced and healthier you.

How It Works

Our journey starts with a thoughtful 90-minute session. 30 to 45 minutes conversation to understand your well-being, aspirations and NDIS goals. From there, I create a yoga sessions to align with your NDIS plan and goals. From this session we then create a Service Agreement, outlining sessions in tune with your funding. Beyond the initial meeting, each one-hour session becomes a compassionate step towards nurturing your holistic well-being and to move towards your NDIS Goals.

Note: An additional charge of $0.97 per kilometer, plus a travel fee of up to $72.50 for the travel provider, will be applied.
